Each Circle provides visualisations and sharing prompts to give you opportunity to question yourself with curiosity, and to be heard, witnessed and connected. And to feel into the seasonal shift within you with embodied rituals and activities.
Each season brings you the option to book a block of six weekly circles, or a more in-depth one off.

Available as stand alone sessions or a rolling monthly commitment with continuous communication.

Alongside my dear friends, Lucy and Lara, I facilitate the Folkey Birth Club CIC. We offer free meet ups for those who are pregnant, curious about birth, or newly postpartum.

Held in your home over 2-3 hours, the Closing Ceremony is a nurturing and healing experience, to honour life’s punctuating moments such as after birth, following a pregnancy loss, ending breastfeeding, preparing to go back to work after maternity leave, and other significant transitionary moments.

A mother blessing is a woman-centred gathering to celebrate you as you prepare for birth and motherhood.
This is often chosen as an alternative to a Baby Shower for those craving something more meaningful and significant to honour this threshold.
I offer a bespoke service to plan, host and facilitate your mother blessing, creating a nurturing and meaningful space filled with connection, love and support.
Loss

A tending space offering loving witnessing and support to those carrying grief related to pregnancy and birth.
Welcoming those who have experienced/are experiencing difficulty conceiving, miscarriage, abortion, TFMR, stillbirth, birth trauma, birth grief, childlessness.
